Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure the booking date.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event date.
Setup will not proceed on event day if full payment has not been received.
Accepted payment methods:
Bank Transfer
DuitNow QR
Cancellation by Client
Deposit payments are strictly non-refundable once paid.
If the client cancels the booking:
The deposit will be forfeited.
If full payment has been made:
We will attempt to reschedule to another available date, subject to availability.
If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit amount will be retained, regardless of whether the cancellation is made more or less than 7 days before the event.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed once only, subject to availability.
A minimum notice of 7 days before the event date is required.
Additional rescheduling requests may be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellation by gambaqkotak
In the event that gambaqkotak is unable to proceed due to:
Equipment failure
Emergency situations
Force majeure events
A 100% refund of all payments received will be issued.
Late Payment, No-Show & Booking Termination
If full payment is not received 7 days before the event, gambaqkotak reserves the right to:
Cancel the booking automatically
Forfeit the deposit
No refunds will be provided for no-shows on the event day.
Event-Day Issues Beyond Our Control
gambaqkotak is not responsible for disruptions caused by:
Venue restrictions
Power supply issues at the venue
In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and costs will not be covered by gambaqkotak.
Refund Method & Processing Time
Approved refunds will be made via internet banking only, using the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
