1. How do I secure my booking date? 

To secure your event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Your booking is only confirmed after the deposit is received.

2. Is the deposit refundable?

No. All deposits are strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client, for any reason. This is because the date, crew, and equipment are reserved exclusively for your event.

3. When is the full payment due?

The remaining balance must be paid at least 5 days before the event date.

4. What happens if I don’t pay the full amount on time?

If full payment is not received by the due date: 

• The booking may be automatically cancelled

• The deposit will be forfeited

• The event date may be released to other customers

5. Can I pay on the event day?

No. We do not accept payment on the event day to ensure smooth operations and avoid delays during setup.

6. What about last-minute bookings?

For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required upfront to confirm the booking.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

• Bank Transfer / DuitNow QR Payment

Please send us the payment receipt after transfer for verification.

8. Will I receive confirmation after payment?

Yes, Once payment is verified, you will receive a booking confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

9. What happens if I cancel my event?

The deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis (subject to terms)

10. Why do you require upfront payment?

Upfront payment helps us:

• Secure manpower and equipment

• Ensure smooth event execution

• Provide reliable and professional service to all customers

1. What do you need from the venue?

We require one standard power plug point near the setup area.
👉 We will provide a 10-meter extension cable, so the plug point does not need to be right next to the booth.

2. How early do you need for setup?

Our team requires 1 hour before the event start time for setup and testing.
This ensures everything runs smoothly once your event begins ✨

3. How much space is needed? 

A minimum space of 10ft x 10ft is required for:

• Photo booth setup

• Backdrop

• Props & guest movement

Clear space helps us deliver better photo quality and smoother guest flow.

4. Does the backdrop need a wall? 

Yes. The backdrop must be placed against a wall or solid surface for safety and stability.

5. Can the photo booth be set up outdoors? 

Yes! 🌤️

We accept both indoor and outdoor setups, provided that:

• The area is sheltered from rain

• The ground is flat and stable

• Power supply is available

(For outdoor events, weather-related delays or risks should be discussed in advance.)

6. Who is responsible for preparing the space? 

The event organizer or venue is responsible for ensuring:

• The required space is cleared

• Power access is available

• Setup access is granted 1 hour before the event
